At 1st when my transmission began failing I panicked and thought how am I going to afford this! I took it to Aamco in Lancaster and I met Jo Ann a very strong knowledgable person who walked me through the process... eventually I was told I had to pull the trans for an evaluation and had to pay a deposit to do it, ok that was fair. So Eddie called me with a couple options new and rebuild my current trans unit. I took the rebuild. My car was there a total of 6 weeks over the holiday season. When it comes to rebuilding vs. Replacement I had to hold a humbled heart and be patient be because a transmission has 800 parts more or less within it. So with about 4 or 5 cars ahead of mind I'd rather be patient and realize I'm not the only poor sap on the planet where I have the right to complain and push my project on the rebuild mechanic but wait my turn and have a quality job done than push them and get less than perfect bcuz I dont care who's in front of me waiting as well!!! I realized by reading the reviews all the bad ones are people with out the courtesy to understand and I guess that's ok I dont judge but I chose patience!!! And I'm am happy with my outcome fair price, 4 figs is never cheap but still I saved 2000.00 and that's in a way priceless!!To Joann, Eddie and Mike thanks for all your help, Yes I will return for Aamco Lancaster's quality service they took good care of my car and me, Thank You :)!!!
